1. Booking & Enquiries

All enquiries made via this website or WhatsApp are subject to vehicle availability and identity verification. A booking is only confirmed once a security deposit has been received and a rental agreement has been signed by both parties.

2. Driver Requirements

Drivers must meet the specific age requirements for the selected vehicle (typically 21+ or 25+). All drivers must produce a valid full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months. We do not accept international driving licences. A valid DVLA check code and two proofs of address are also required.

3. Security Deposits

A refundable security deposit is required for every hire. This deposit is held to cover insurance excesses, damages, or cleaning fees. 50% of the deposit is typically returned within 10 working days, with the remainder held for 21 days to clear any potential PCNs or traffic violations.

4. Prohibited Usage

Our vehicles must not be used for track days, racing, or sub-hiring. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. Evidence of prohibited use may result in the full forfeiture of the security deposit.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the hire start date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact our booking team via WhatsApp for specific details regarding your reservation.
