Drivers must meet the age requirement listed for the specific vehicle (usually 21+ or 25+). You will need a valid full UK driving licence (held for at least a year), a DVLA check code, and proof of address dated within the last 3 months. Please note we do not accept international licences.
Yes, fully comprehensive insurance is included for eligible drivers. This gives you complete peace of mind while driving our vehicles. An excess deposit of £1,000 is required, which is fully refundable upon the safe return of the vehicle.
Security deposits vary depending on the vehicle category, typically ranging from £500 to £2,000. 50% of the deposit is processed within 10 working days after return. The remaining 50% is held for 21 days to cover any potential penalty charge notices.
Absolutely. We offer delivery and collection services. Delivery within London is charged at a flat rate of £50. For Heathrow Airport meets or other areas, contact us for a custom quote.
Our standard daily rate includes a generous allowance of 120 miles per day minimum. Additional mileage can be purchased in advance bundles or is charged at £1 per mile upon return.
